3rd Gen Code Request Thread

Just a quick question - skip to bottom for simplicity.

Basically, I wanted my Umbreon to learn Shadow Ball (because it's one of my favorite moves, despite its not being extremely powerful) and I chose to resort to cheats. I planned to simply get the code for all the TMs, use the TM I wanted, and then delete the other items by means of PC. But now I've got a million of all of the TMs, and I can't delete them all.

Basically, is there anyway to delete all your TMs/HMs or empty the TM/HM case?

pokemon emerald bad egg

i was playing my pokemon emerald rom on my vba with action replay v.3 codes and every time i start a new game, i progress to a point and check my pokemon, and i see a bad egg in one of my slots. i can't get rid of it, and i fear that it might destroy my rom. advice?
