Sorry, I didn't know where to post this so I thought I would post it here ^_^

I am trying to hack into a pokemon game and it says that comdlg or one of its other independencies are missing or something and i cant fix it!

(i am trying to use poke edit pro and it wont let me) I wanted to add some of my custom sprites to the game ^_^
