So after playing around for a while, I think I've finally put together a team I'm happy with. doing quite Well so far in battle's online.

    Competitive Team

Ninetales's drought, and lilligants chlorophyll work well together, but I wasn't after setting up a sunny day team, I like the two pokemon and it seemed natural to chose those 2 ability's. Quiver dance, chlorophyll lilligant is surprisingly good!

The held items could maybe do with work, but I haven't much BP I'm working on it. I have all of the team exactly as shown except the gliscor, but I'm currently training a 4iv impish immunity, combined with machamp who can stall relatively well also, but has noguard and dynamic punch.

Sp.Def and HP Sylveon may seem an odd choice, but I have 4 sylveons now all set up differently, I found its sp.attack to be good even without EV training and this can seriously take a hit :) protect + leftovers has helped an awful lot vs pokemon I've got a toxic onto. Calm mind, obviously to make it tank better again, but I've not yet needed it.. hidden power dark.

I think greninja covers most of my weak points, and with protean can come out during sunny day and use other moves as hydro pump is seriously hindered.

This is just my thinking, I've not put a competitive team together for a while. I also have, fully trained and have been switching around with:

technician scizor, guts heracross, arena trap dugtrio, speed boost blaziken with blazikenite, sturdy donphan, natural cure starmie.

Thanks for looking, any help/opinions much appreciated! :)

P.S any baton pass users, I have a thick fat belly drum snorlax if needed, level 97, excelent stats.

Pixlate + Hyper Voice is preferred to give Sylveon a stronger Fairy STAB than Dazzling Gleam, or even Moonblast. Just saying, most Fairy Pokemon that learn Dazzling Gleam also learn Moonblast, which is stronger (exceptions are Slurpuff, Togekiss and Klefki). Sylveon also learns Shadow Ball, so there's literally no reason for it to use Hidden Power Dark:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    or
    -Hyper Voice
    -Shadow Ball
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Baton Pass
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

Offensive Ninetales is outclassed by Mega Charizard Y. Defensive Ninetales is the best way to go, though I'd rather use Charizard Y for offensive purposes:
    -Fire Blast
    -Solar Beam
    -Dragon Pulse/Focus Blast
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Mild/Hasty/Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite Y

Lilligant's movepool is very shallow; most of its good moves are Grass, and it needs Hidden Power over Leaf Storm, which drains your Special Attack boosts:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Giga Drain/Petal Dance
    -Hidden Power (Fire/Rock)
    -Sleep Powder
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Chlorophyll

Also consider Venusaur as a partner for the Drought the team has:
    -Growth/Sunny Day
    -Energy Ball/Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Sleep Powder/Earthquake
    Nature: Modest/Rash
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Heat Rock
    Ability: Chlorophyll

Machamp is outclassed by other Fighting Pokemon, like Conkeldurr and Infernape:

    Conkeldurr:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/8 Def/248 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts
    or
    -Drain Punch
    -Ice Punch
    -Poison Jab/Thunder Punch
    -Mach Punch/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 108 HP/252 Atk/104 SDef/44 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Sheer Force/Guts

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Drain Punch
    -Knock Off/Ice Punch
    -Mach Punch/Knock Off/Thunder Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Guts

    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -Mach Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Iron Fist

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -U-turn
    -Mach Punch/Thunder Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Iron Fist

    or
    -Flare Blitz/Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Close Combat
    -Thunder Punch/U-turn/Stone Edge
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/U-turn/Stone Edge
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Overheat
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge/Fake Out
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Close Combat
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Thunder Punch
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Edit: On second thought, I'd rather have Rapid Spin or Defog support over Machamp, since Megazard Y is weak to Stealth Rock:
    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

    Crobat:
    -Brave Bird
    -Defog
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

    Tentacruel:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe

    wow, that was in depth!

I have an EV trained charizard holding Y ill give him a run, the only reason i used dazzling gleam was for double batles, but as i rarely do them I'll switch.

I also have a natural cure starmie, which i can add rapid spin to.

The guts conkeldurr looks very inmpressive over machamp, i just have to get one now :)

Thanks very much for taking the time to write this up, iv saved it to notepad on desktop and going to set up getting it ready :) again, thanks for your help ^^
