Seriously, no thread for this yet? Discuss Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) in general here.

I play D&D in a 10-person group (although most days not everyone comes). So far the campaign has gone like this:

So there was a Medusa queen, and her daughters got lost, away from her. Naturally, we were sent to go find them and bring them back. Although, one daughter had gone evil. We had to kill that one. The first daughter we found was blind, and while a complete and total *****, wasn't the evil one. We found another one, who was religious, and the Dragonbourne (is that how it's spelled?) on our team sort of swore an oath to protect it. After finding the rest of the good ones, we found the evil one, and eventually managed to kill her and get back to the queen. We then ventured into a crater, and found a Dragonbourne camp... and the Dragonbourne's long-lost cousin that none of us knew about was there. There were also a bunch of Medusi there. We were heading for an island in the center of a lake, so they built us a magical boat... which managed to almost get destroyed by a Kraken (I'm not good at spelling these things >.<). We returned to the Dragonbourne camp to get it repaired, and found that the camp was almost destroyed. When the ship was repaired, we went to the island in the center, and there were two armies fighting. And that's where I am now.

Quite an interesting campaign there XD

My group ranges from 3-6 people, and we play 3.5. Our recent campaign was that of an army trying to push out a major invasion. We managed to hold back the line in the end, so it ended with a stalemate as of now. Once we get back from winter break, we're going to be starting a new campaign as the invaders of the same campaign world, so that'll be interesting

Sadly there's not enough of a huge interest here... though I play quite a bit, and I serve as DM.

4e is meh. We play 3.5e all of the time.

I am an avid munchkin (well okay, maybe not that bad...), playing very powerful characters a lot of the time; however I have begun to play more plausible characters as of late. I DM a campaign set on the world of Ravnica (players are a Selesnya Druid, an Orzhov Heartshaper, a Boros Knight, and an unaligned Factotum), and I take part in two campaigns right now, playing a Human Soulknife in one campaign (customized with Sublime-ness, or rather as a ToB class), and a Hellbred (soul) Dread Necromancer with the Necropolitan template in another campaign (although I am attempting to get my DM to agree with me turning into a Human or Sun Elf Wizard / Master Specialist / Malconvoker).
