SCRATCH SPRITES.
Just how I like em.

I like electrode and vaporeon the most.
Your lineart is your weakest point I think.
A little more contrast never hurts either.

The Pikachu and Vaporeon are wonderful!! The Brock is slightly unoriginal, but nicely done. Keep up the good work!

well, as for brock he is a half revamp

Personally, Tentacool is my favorite. There's not actually anything wrong with them as such, just lineart needs a little work and maybe the proportians.
