MYSTRY mew is considered one of the only LEGIT mews out there...was given away at Toys R Us around America at level 10....this was the only way to get this pokemon legit as nintendo never gave out the old sea chart (needed to go to faraway island to get mew in emerald) to countries other than japan

About the untouched part, I have to say that Lugia has fought ONE Pokemon.I don't remember what it was, but it has got some experience points. A very small amount tbh, but I have to mention it ;)
