    1. How to decapitalizate a ROM? I did it with PokeHex before, but it isn't available to download anymore.

    I can't find text strings with HxD.

    2. Does anyone could upload PokeHex for me?

    Ok, this thread is unnecessary, hoped it's not being unlocked. You can do it with Advance Text, XSE and Gen3Tools.

    But I still need PokeHex.
