Its some kind of event pokemon. Im not really sure how you get one though(when and where)

In the Pokemon Center in Tokyo, if it was your birthday (with valid identification with proof it is in fact your birthday), you are given the opportunity to Download a special Charmander with a Classic Ribbon using Mystery Gift.

I believe it's an event pokemon, which can only be obtained by going to the event itself or trading somebody who did.

There are no Move Tutors that teach Explosion and / or Earthquake.

It would be seemingly pointless because they're already TMs.

Last I checked, TM64 and TM26, respectively, already serve that purpose.

Earthquake [TM26] is located in Wayward Cave (the Gible caves).
Explosion [TM64] is obtainable through the slot games at the Game Corner.

When you enter the mansion you have the option of going up, and you get outside where's grass, you can go left or right. But both doors are off-limits. How come? Is there any chance of opening the doors?

No.It would be cool if those doors had something to do with pokemon platnium....but it probably wiil always remain locked.

The most likely reason they are there is the mansion couldn't realistically be that size, so they put the doors there to make you think there is more to the place, but they never programmed anything behind them. They are just for show.

Neh. Platinum might show something when it comes, but 'till then, we'll just have to wait. It really is a bummer finding out there's nothing behind locked doors.
