do you buy textbooks and not read them?

Honestly my scholarship pays for my books, unless it's like a remedial course. Other than that, they are expensive for sure and I never read them after the course is over or even during the course unless needed. They are forever more collecting dust in my room in some basket because I was too late to sell them back.

I'm keeping my French book just cause I like the language, but that's it. My mom usually sells my books at the end of the semester for me. What I really hate is when the teacher says you'll be using the book a lot and you never do. Waste of money.
