My body doesn't like waking up before 7 am (regardless of when I go to sleep), which sucks during the week as that's the time I leave for work in the morning.
Daylight and meal times can quickly alter body clocks though. When I went to the U.S.A. a few years back, which I think is 18 hours behind, I had no jet lag (on either end of the trip) because I ate and slept according to the time zone.
