So much American video game talk @_@ Can't stand most that crap, tbh. Too violent, condones gun use, and no point to most of them.

I'm assuming you're talking about games like Halo, Call of Duty, um . . . Modern Warfare and . . . whatever else there is? Are those all western? I don't play any of them. :x
I honestly don't care where the game comes from, as long as it's entertaining. The Elder Scrolls is very entertaining. I like it. It's western. Dealz with it.
And then I believe pretty much anything Square Enix is eastern, and most everything Valve is western? Two favorite game companies, two different hemispheres. <3

O hai The Sims is western? Did not know that.

It is 100% western. Maxis was started in the late 1980s by Will Wright and had developed and released everything with "Sim" in the title but Sid Meier's SimGolf and Sim City Societies that was created between then and the time they were temporarily disbanded by EA two years ago. That same studio also created Spore and Darkspore. For simulation games, Maxis is basically the industry standard studio.

And The Sims could only have been from a western studio because EA and Maxis owned a copyright on the ability to call the denizens of their games "Sims".

You are seriously correct on that note. First game in a while that I actually no-lifed on. Previous ones were Devil Survivor and Radiant Historia.

But yeah, I really like TotA's storyline and I wanna finish it before Finals Week so I won't be distracted. Gotta concentrate on passing Chem after all.

Fff price shmice. I only had to buy chips to play once. And even then I used Grade, not Gald :P

Since WoW seems to be a big meanie atm, I'm gonna try seeing if I can get Guild Wars on Mac, ohohoho.
