The PhotoShop Elements I have on my home computer (and the one I use for art) sucks, though.

I wonder if it's possible to transfer the PS I have on my other computer...

38. It can be! But only if you can change all the necessary registry keys, and that could bugger up your system horribly if you mess up one even once.

If you're having resizing issues with GIMP, use the freeware I use (ignore all the pop-ups for "upgrading" the software that pop-up within the program. you can resize fantastically and very simply without it). I use Serif PhotoPlus SE (the freeware version).
