    does the e4 glitch work in ALL the japaneses pokemon diamond and pearl?

    no, It only works in the earliest versions of diamond and pearl

    it has to be the first release of the game...

    if you do not know of this glitch I would suggest searching the forums or google or youtube to find a video or explanation of this glitch...
