NOTE: This deck is constructed according to the new Advanced Format list. This list goes into effect April 1st, but I figured I'd go ahead and build my deck according to it - everyone else is, anyway. More information can be found here. I say lose ceasefire for ring, over Compulsory. I still wub that card, even though I've sidedecked it for now.

And Granmarg is just....bad compared to both Zaborg and Mobius. Even though he is the slightest bitmore versatile, I really don't think that he's worth a tribute summon, just to target a facedown card to "pop" it. Nine times out of ten, that'll target a spell or trap card, which in turn can be activated, and there goes that effect. Gigantes is better for clearing up trap zones. And also, facedown monsters? Hello, NoXout. Hello, beastly trample from the Battle Ox and such.

Aside from the lack of ring, this deck is pretty nice. I can see this winning morethan losing.

Hate to say this, Orochi, but I'm STILL using Granmarg. Yes, I KNOW there's the risk of getting that destroyed card's effect thrown in my face, but in my meta, it'll be worth the risk. 'sides, I beat a Traditonal Format deck with this card, so it can't be all that bad.

    Updated deck list:

Total Cards: 44 + Side Deck

    Special Summon Monsters:
    2x Gigantes

    Tribute Summon Monsters:
    1x Granmarg the Rock Monarch
    2x Dark Driceratops

    Normal Summon Monsters:
    3x Beserk Gorrila
    3x Nimble Momonga
    2x Enraged Battle Ox
    2x Bazoo the Soul-Eater
    2x Goblin Attack Force
    2x Hayabusa Knight
    1x Breaker The Magical Warrior
    1x Sangan
    1x Injection Fairy Lily
    1x Cyber Jar

    Total Cards: 23

Changes: Added Granmarg and side decked the Captains. Reason for this is that come new banlist, Delinquent Duo can screw me over if I only have a few cards in my hand after using Maruading's effect - and you know it's gonna happen a lot. This is a decsion I made after an experience at Regionals, so I'm not just doing this at random. Had thought about replacing them with the Rats, but decided against it.

    Hayabusa Knight is still awesome.

    Magic/Spell Cards:
    2x Gaia Power
    2x Nobleman of Crossout
    1x United We Stand
    1x Pot of Greed
    1x Graceful Charity
    1x Premature Burial
    1x Snatch Steal
    1x Mystical Space Typhoon
    1x Heavy Storm
    1x Swords of Revealing Light
    1x Lightning Vortex

    Total: 13

Changes: Moved the Axe to the Side Deck. Added LIGHTNING BOLTECKS XD

    Trap Cards:
    3x Compulsory Evacuation Device
    1x Magic Cylinder
    1x Call of The Haunted
    1x Mirror Force
    1x Torrential Tribute
    1x Ring of Destruction

    Total: 8

Changes: Added Ring and Side Decked Ceasefire.

    Side Deck:
    2x Chiron The Mage
    2x Marauding Captain
    3x Smashing Ground
    2x Axe of Despair
    1x Delinquent Duo
    2x Divine Wrath
    2x Magic Drain
    1x Solemn Judgement

Changes: Added Marauding, Axes, Duo, and Solemn Judgement for anti-Jinzo purposes.

Mooning my monsters doesn't really hurt me that much in the short run if I have Bazoo around. I get what you're saying, and I'm not disputing your point, but the risk of lower DEF isn't a major concern for this deck. Unless I run into a Mystic Swordsman or a trample deck. At which point I'll be getting pretty familiar with my rear end.
