[PGN]

!topic - Shows the current channel topic
!stats - Links to the #F_P stats page
!stats !update (+V or above needed) - Update the stats
!quote <number> - Shows a quote in the database
!addquote <quote text> (+V or above needed) - Adds a quote to the database
!delquote <quote number> - Deletes a quote from the database.
!8ball <your question> - Answers question in 8Ball style.
!picknick (!op, !hop, !vop) <text> - Picks random nick: <nick> was choosen for <text>.
!ohyeah <nick> - try it!
"bored" (if said in the channel) - Edk[Bot] sets mode: +bored <your nick>
!kicks <nick> - See how many times a user has been kicked

command by saying how many times it has seen [nick] kicked
but only ops can use that one

A few things:

!addquote, !remquote (@) [not !delquote], and !quote are disabled for the channel; I'm guessing Edk never gets the chance to add them.
!topic is deprecated since people are abusing it on other channels...
