Error when looking at a modified party screen

    Hey PokeCommunity!
    I'm MadDeodorant and I'm a crazy guy with doubts almost constantly. I came here to see if some of you can help fix this message I get every time I try to access to my party by choosing the 'Pokémon' option of the 'Menu'. Normally, I try to fix the errors by myself, consulting the wiki or other games,but sometimes (like this) I put it up on PokeCommunity to see if someone can help me.
