there is absolutly none, why isn't buffalon an evolution of tauros?????

Well I'd say it's cause Isshu is so far away there's no connection to the previous regions. Everyone was surprised to see a Pikachu in Isshu when Satoshi got there in the first ep of BW.

But I'd agree that some of the older Pokemon need evo's or pre-evo's. Tauros and Lapras should get pre-evo's at least
