Expanding number of evolutions?

I am trying to expand the number of evolutions in pokemon emerald from 5 to 8. Is there a resource for this or will I have to do it by hand?

Also, I am getting Error: 63 "Argument 'RecordNumber' is not a valid value" in PGE after expanding with dizzyegg's pokedex expansion and battle engine upgrade.

That's actually one of the few things G3HS can do that doesn't break PGE.
