Edit: My bad, it seems the Final Maze thing is only for Time/Darkness.. I guess I have to do Bidoof's Wish or whatever

Hey there, I hope this is in the right section but I can't seem to find Jirachi/Moltres in Final Maze (Haven't gone far enough to look for Suicune) I already have Marine Resort unlocked and beat the game but every time I go to Final Maze, I make it to the 23rd floor but Jirachi's never there.. I even check the Recruitment Search thing and its name isn't there.. Anyone know what the problem is? I've already recruited Celebi and Zapdos.

Moltres is located in the Great Volcano 10F
Jirachi is located in Wish Cave Bottom and the requirement is a Challenge request mission
