If you really want to stall until you set up Big Bad Monsters, it would probably be prudent to toss in a good amount of disruption, just in case, as well as some disposable Pokemon. Therefore, I'm going to adjust the deck as such...

    Pokemon (8):
    2 KyogreX
    2 GroudonX
    4 Jirachi DX

    Trainers (32):
    4 REversal
    4 ER2
    4 Admin
    3 Steven's Advise
    3 Copycat
    4 Super Scoop Up
    4 Swoop! Teleporter
    2 Island Cave
    4 Battle Frontier

    Energy (20):
    10 Water
    10 Fighting

I'm probably forgetting something, but this is good enough, probably. Enjoy!!!
