Galar has a lot of really solid designs, imo. Rillaboom, Cinderace, Sobble, Corviknight, Greedent, Thievul, Wooloo, Drednaw, Boltund, Gossifleur, Sirfetch'd, Galarian Corsola, Toxtricity, Galarian Ponyta, Falinks, Snom, Grapploct, Mr. Rime, and Galarian Darmanitan come to mind. If I had to pick a favorite, I'll go with Sirfetch'd.
