Yeah um, this is kind of too specific. While we love speculation threads, it's kind of hard to make any sort of guess for this. Since for one, you've got the character discussion for new characters (if you feel there will be a new character as a boss) and two, consider the fact that there were three "bosses" in Black and White - Cynthia/Alder/GameFreak guy. From that it's kinda hard to make any sort of guess here without knowing anything about the storyline or what characters there are. They were also more along the lines of the strongest trainers than bosses, really. But either way, when we get some more information, sure you can discuss this, but as it is now, it's kinda impossible to guess.
(And even if you were being more specific, as in the "champion", we have an Elite Four thread for that anyway).
However, if you do mean in relation to Team Plasma, let me know & we can work out a better way to phrase this, since as it is now it's too confusing to make sense of what in particular you mean.
