Beat Surge, with only Raichu giving me a little trouble. Then easily past through Rock Tunnel, where Charmeleon evolved into Charizard. Then breezed past Erika and my first encounter with Giovanni. And after wasting over $100000 to obtain Scyther, I realised I could have caught one in the Safari Zone. Now on Cycling Road making my way to Fushia.

Defeated the Fushia City Gym with some help from Beedrill's Twineedle. Then travelled all the way along to Lavender Town and then back to Saffron to take on Team Rocket within Silph Company. Easily defeated Giovanni, and then headed to Saffron City Gym to defeat Sabrina's Psychic Pokemon with Butterfree's Silver Wind and Beedrill's Twineedle. From there I headed over to Cinnabar to easily put out Blaine's Fire Power with Charizard's Rock Slide. Now travelling around the Islands.
