Well Scizor will be running Swords Dance + Night Slash, I think between Scizor and Chandelure, ghosts won't be very much of a threat xD

As for defensive wall...I have nothing :I I was thinking maybe a Bastiodon? I dunno haha.
Okay, first off, Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball are redundant on Chandelure. Pick the one that has STAB (Shadow Ball in that case). As a general rule of thumb, don't use Ghost and Dark offensive moves together on the same set, as they have the exact same super effective coverage. Only Spiritomb gets away with having Dark and Ghost STABs at once, as its STABs fulfill different functions. Also, Fire Blast > Flamethrower, as the extra power is appreciated, and the accuracy is still acceptable:
-Fire Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice/Fighting)
-Trick/Energy Ball
Nature: Modest/Timid

-Substitute
-Taunt

EVs: 160 HP/156 SAtk/192 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Electivire is a mediocre Pokemon in general. While its coverage is good, sometimes it falls short of KOing a target, meaning that it tends to get KOed in return. Here are better Electric Pokemon to turn to for more utility, raw power and/or Speed:
Mega Manectric:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Overheat
-Hidden Power (Ice)

There's little reason for Scizor to use a Jolly nature, as Bullet Punch takes care of its Speed problems. Take note that if you want Bug Bite, Superpower and/or Knock Off on Scizor, you'll have to transfer from B2/W2, or wait for Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire; the latter games are confirmed to have move tutors back:
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite/Knock Off/Superpower/X-Scissor
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/44 Atk/116 Def/100 SDef

-Defog
-Roost
Nature: Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
Ability: Technician
Really, Roserade is mediocre. All it's good for is setting up Spikes:
-Spikes
-Leaf Storm
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Sludge Bomb
-Sleep Powder
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe

-Synthesis
Nature: Modest
EVs: 236 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef/16 Spe
Item: Venusaurite
Your current Haxorus set is walled badly by Steels. Mold Breaker is the superior ability on it simply because Rivalry is too situational and the fact that Levitators aren't safe from Earthquake:
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
-Earthquake
-Poison Jab
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe
Item: Lum Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker
However, there are better Dragon Dancers out there than Haxorus, such as Mega Charizard X, Mega Tyranitar, Mega Gyarados and Dragonite:
Charizard:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz/Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Roost/Earthquake
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
Tyranitar:
-Dragon Dance
-Stone Edge
-Fire Punch/Superpower/Earthquake/Crunch
-Ice Punch/Crunch
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
Gyarados (Crunch becomes an option come OR/AS, as Gyarados gained it as a level-up move there):
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Earthquake/Crunch
-Ice Fang/Crunch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
Dragonite:
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake/Fire Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe

When OR/AS comes around, there's also Mega Altaria and Mega Salamence as other possible options:
Altaria:
-Dragon Dance
-Return
-Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Altarite (?)
Ability: Natural Cure
Salamence:
-Dragon Dance
-Return/Thrash/Double-Edge
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
Nature: Naive/Naughty
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Salamencite (?)
Blissey should be running:
-Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
-Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Stealth Rock
-Soft-Boiled
-Thunder Wave/Toxic
Nature: Bold
EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Don't even think about using Bastiodon. Its offensive presence is practically non-existent and its defensive typing is plain bad; its suffers from a 2x Water weakness and two crippling 4x weaknesses in Fighting and Ground.
