    Forretress w/ Leftovers
    Impish/Sturdy
    252HP/252DEF/6ATK
    Earthquake
    Rapid Spin
    Stealth Rock
    Explosion

Don't see anything wrong with this, I just wouldn't lead off with him.

    Blissey w/ Leftovers
    Bold/Natural Cure
    148HP/252DEF/104SP.ATK/4SPD
    Seismic Toss
    Ice Beam
    Softboiled
    Toxic/Thunder Wave

If you have T-Wave you're fine without SDef since you'll para Azelf and be able to kill it with a fast sweeper. Any specific reason for the speed though? And does 104 SAtk EVs guarantee OHKO on Garchomp or something with Ice Beam?

    Gyarados w/ Expert Belt
    Adamant/Intimidate
    215HP/16ATK/180DEF/100SPD
    Earthquake
    Surf/Waterfall
    Taunt
    Dragon Dance

Personally I prefer power Gyara to bulky Gyara, but to each their own. Surf does nothing as it is special and Gyara has crap SAtk. Also consider Aqua Tail as a replacement for Waterfall, but that is to each their own.

Infernape w/ Life Orb or Expert Belt, your call
    Naive/Blaze
    252SP.ATK/232SPD/24ATK
    Flamethrower
    Close Combat
    Grass Knot
    Nasty Plot

Fine. Maybe lead off with this or PoryZ.

    Dusknoir w/ Leftovers
    Impish/Pressure
    252HP/76DEF/180SP.DEF
    Shadow Sneak
    Thunderpunch
    Will-O-Wisp
    Pain Split

Other than slight EV modifications there's not much I could do with this. Maybe add a touch to defense since this is your only Gyara counter.

    PorygonZ w/ Choice Specs
    Timid/Adaptability
    252SP.ATK/252SPD/6HP
    Tri Attack
    Dark Pulse
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam

Fine, you may wish to lead off with this.

You have a major Swords Dance Infernape weakness. If he gets a dance off you're screwed since he can outspeed and OHKO everything on your team save Dusknoir, who can't do much back. And this means my build of it (Expert Belt over Life Orb and Blaze Kick over Flare Blitz). How to fix this without major changes I'm not sure yet.

Blissey: I saw this moveset somewhere, I can change it.

I could take out forretress and give Bliss stealth rock.
    Or replace Forretress with swampert?

I think those are sp. def. evs on bliss, not speed, but y only 4? Blissey serves as a special wall, so put more sp. def. EVs on it.

Swampert will just add to your infernape weakness, as it gets 2-3HKO'ed by a NP'ed Grass Knot. Espy can help with hte calculations on that.

Forry is fine, just don't lead off with him. If you want to replace him, go with a bulky starmie to counter your SD ape weakness. I'm not sure on the EV's, but run Thunderbolt/Surf/Rapid Spin/ Recover. You also might want to replace Dusknoir then with Donphan. Run EQ/Ice Shard/ Rapid Spin/ Stone Edge or Stealth Rock.

    For a new Bliss: 152HP/252DEF/100SP.DEF?
I want to keep toxic on it.
Or I can replace stealth rock with Toxic Spikes with Fort,
and instead of toxic put stealth rock on bliss.

OK EV set, maybe a little less HP?

Blissey will get lol'ed at If you put SR on there. Toxic needs to be on bliss to wear down other walls that come in for stalling.

    Just a couple points

1)Umm Use this tauntdos set its the best I've seen, used, liked, tested, and compared using math (I'll explain if anyone wants)
    Gyarados @ leftovers
    jolly
    Ev: 216hp, 52 att, 176 def, 66 spe
    ~ taunt
    ~ Ddance
    ~ waterfall
    ~ stone edge
Note: can beat a fortress, thats all I'm saying

1.5) if you don't want tauntdos use this (making this up as i go)
    Gyarados @ life orb
    jolyy
    Ev: 216hp, 52 att, 176 def, 66 spe
    ~ Ddance
    ~ Waterfall
    ~ Stone edge
    ~ bite (handy)

    2) Consider toxic spikes on fortress, its nice but its your choice they really sort of equal out i guess

2.5) If you still want Stealth rock set up first turn consider Areodactyl, he's ok i hear

3)Use this blissey if you want bold
    Blissey @ leftovers
    Bold
    Ev: 80 hp, 252 def, 176 def
    ~ sesmic toss
    ~ ice beam
    ~ softboil
    ~ Aromatherapy
Notes: you need something to take care of your teams statuses, or a status absorber

the rest of the team looks ok

Lastly replace toxic/T-wave on blissey with Aromatherapy you need it!

Actually, with bite you want wacan berry so starmie doesn't do 72% - 85% if you don't get in a DD.

    Thank you guys.
I was thinking I might take Dusknoir out for something else because
I battled around 7 times today and It didn't see any action.
I took someone's advice and Porygon-Z makes a great lead.
He can sweep 3-4 pokemon off a team depending on their lead.
    It works really well.

    Ideas?

I personally would give Forry Toxic Spikes, but Stealth Rocks are good too. He could also be Relaxed and pack Gyro Ball for a powerful STAB against most Sweepers he'll face.

Just because Dusknoir hasn't made an appearance isn't a reason to replace it. If it hasn't seen battle, that means the rest of your team can do the trick. Dusknoir still fits in as your tank/wall. Keep Dusknoir for now.
Does Forry ever use Explosion? If not, do what MAtt-O said.

I set up Stealth rock with Fort, and then switch out if I cannot EQ.
I bring him back in if something is walling me.
