    Well, if you don't want to order a specialized screwdriver online, you can force the thing open with a pair of needlenose pliers. That's what I did with my Gold Version cart, and it worked fine.

    A screwdriver like in this video should do the trick.

    Probably would have to chip the end of a flathead screwdriver to achieve that.

    Either that, or a tool designed specifically for opening that kind of screws, though I don't know if they can be easily found.
