I think tempe (the rectangular-shaped thing made from fermented soybeans) is pretty much well-known in my country. I'm not sure if it's exclusive or not, but it's one of my country's specialty.

BITTERGARNITUUR

And stuff like stroopwafels, speculaas and pepernoten, and fries + mayonaise. Most people look at me in disgust when I say we eat that. But I'm especially wanting bittergarnituur with mustard right now.

I don't think poutine is very popular outside of Canada? I love it, and I love it when restaurants get creative with the toppings. :)

But Quebec has the best poutine ok thanks

You people do know that you might hurt the feelings of vegetarians right? :-D
I like meat...i like it very much but i think some people here are vegetarians.

Apart from the aforementioned poutine (we even have a poutine place that specialises in serving all kinds of wacky variations), I think maple is pretty Canadian. I know they have it in New England, but c'mon; when you think maple, you think Canada. I'm not super into maple syrup, but I do really enjoy maple-flavoured things like cookies, oatmeal, and cereal.

Souvlaki, and gyros. I mean, you can probably find it where you live too but it's from here and it's very famous. Also, Greek yogurt <33

Japanese-style with roasted seaweed is ????
That actually sounds delicious. I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever visit BC lol.

This is Pouding Ch?meur (literally translates to Pudding of the Unemployed or Poor Man's Pudding). It is basically a batter baked in a pool of caramel, made with cheap and simple ingredients. The story behind it is pretty interesting.
