Well, I only own a 3DS at the moment because my collections never seem to last thanks to poverty, but I'll just pick systems I *have* owned.

3DS: OmegaRuby (but to be fair, it's the only game I haven't downloaded from the virtual console

DS: Hmm...probably Pokemon Platinum

GBA: I would go with Tales of Phantasia and even though it wasn't released in the US until the GBA...it's still an SNES game. Pokemon Emerald would probably top this list since a lot of my favorite GBA games were remakes.

GBC: Crystal

GB: I'm such a huge fan of the Nintendo handhelds and the original gameboy is the true classic...but I have to go Pokemon...again. This time it has to be Red.

Game Cube: SSB: Melee

N64: This another of my main console choices. This time, it HAS to be a tie. Banjo Kazooie and Majora's Mask. Banjo Kazooie is such an amazing Platformer and Majora's Mask is just the greatest Zelda game of all time

SNES: As a fan of RPGs, the SNES is just an absolute powerhouse for amazing games...however, one game rose above the RPGs that defines 2D platforming: Super Mario World. I absolutely adore Super Mario World. I've played countless hacks and it'[s always enjoyable.

NES: Mega Man 2

PS2: Another exceedingly difficult choice. Games like FF X, DBZ Budokai and Dragon Quest 8 were battling in my mind...then the true champion arose: GTA: Vice City.

PS1: Final Fantasy IX, no contest. The original Playstation was similar to the SNES for RPGs, but FF IX is at least in my top 3 games of all time.

Oh boy. This is gonna be tough! I will choose for the console I really got, not the emulators.

PC: Zoo tycoon (not a pc gamer lol but love sims and the tycoon)
NES: Hum I don't know between Super Mario Bros 2 or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 2: Arcade, or North and South. I think I will go with TMNT 2.
N64: It is between Banjo-Tooie, Conker Bad fur day, Donkey kong 64, Pokemon stadium 2, Pokemon Snap, ... there is too much games that I loved!! (N64 is my favorite console btw). I'll go with Banjo-Tooie, maybe because it is the last I played recently.
Gamecube: Harvest Moon: A wonderful Life (almost tie with Animal Crossing and Zelda Twillight Princess,Super Smash Bros Melee and Worms 3D)
Wii: Harvest Moon, Animal parade (second place: Okami)
WiiU: Super Smash Bros WiiU
GBA: Harvest Moon: Friends of mineral town (probably one of my number one of all time) Tie with Pokemon Silver if we can choose games from previous Gameboy even if I didn't have the gameboy (It played in the gba)
NDS: It goes between Harvest Moon DS, Pokemon Black 2, I'll say Pokemon Black 2.
3DS: Pokemon Y, Animal crossing New leaf (the best after AC on gamecube) or Zelda Ocarina of Time 3ds... I'll go with Pokemon Y for the number of hours and training and breeding I did.
XBox360: Portal 1 and 2 (don't ask me to choose lol). Runner up is Beautiful Katamari.

So I love Harvest moon. But I love Pokemon too, but it goes for my favorite Serie, tie with Harvest moon. Because I love every main games of pokemon soooo much!!
Special nommination for the Bomberman serie too, who isn't properly represent here.
