    Like 2005 needed anymore suck. Been following this news story the last couple of days, (apparently it's a story that's been going on for over a week now, but it just keeps going and going)...and apparently the violence is getting worse...

    I love france the food taste's bad but thats not the point.

    disney land's there and its englands liek 5 closed neighbour they helped us in WW2 so they shouldn't burn ??

    Heres my question, wheres the French National Guard taking control of the situation? Where are the Main Battle Tanks securing the Champs-Elys?es? It's like there scared of the protestors...

    They're saving those for something big, the French government fears if they use that stuff now, something bigger may happen and they'll have run dry their only means of protection...in other words, the government's cheap.

    And moreover, from a political and international standpoint, such actions would be horrid. Re-election would be extremely difficult at best, and Amnesty International would be riding their collective asses like none other.
