[Other] Giving NPC trainers EV's and IV's in Gen 3

    Is it a possibility to give the NPC trainers in a gen 3 hack Effort Values and Individual Values?

    One of the things i want to do with my group's hack is to make the game more difficult without using cheap methods like high level curve and cheap teams.

    My project's rombase is Firered with the Decap/Attack patch
