Trainer Card for Fanfic

Hi, I rescently grew a curiousity for a trainer card. The thing is with what I'm looking for though is that I want one made for a Ranma 1/2 - Pokemon Fanfic I'm writing at www.fanfiction.net. I'm not that far in the fic yet, but I am working on it so eventually I will be able to use the card.

For those of you who do decide to check out my fic, it's called 'The New League' and if you plan on reading it, please do not look at the info below as it will spoil which pokemon Ranma has since I'm slowly introducing each one at a rate of 1 per chapter.

For the Trainer card could i get the following:
