[Manga] Green in Adventures

So, I was reading up on some Pokemon characters, and I saw that as of the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire arc of Adventures, and going off the timeline, she was 16 as of LeafGreen and FireRed. What I'm wondering is, can you actually tell a difference between her in the two arcs? Cuz what I've read just says she looks the exact same between both arcs, and it confuses me how she wouldn't change at all over the span of the like 3 or so years of time that passed between the arcs. Does she have the same magic as Ash in the anime that kept him from aging?

Whilst I haven't got that far into adventures (midway through RSE) I will say that 3 years isn't necessarily a long time.
I don't think I changed appearance wise between 16 and 19 and know a few people that didn't either. So it's not beyond the realms of possibility.
That being said it heavily depends from person to person so we can't rule out the chance that she is also an immortal vampire!

I'm petty sure Red and Green are around twenty in OR/AS. Most women stop growing around that age, so that could explain why her appearance barely changed, you know?
