    I can offer a slightly touched level 2, shiny, Quirky Smoochum. It had 8 EV's in sp. atk, but I used EV reducing berries on it. I also have about 11 other boxes of shiny pokemon that I can vm/pm you a link to. Let me know if you are interested.
