Heart Gold Team, Movesets Needed

Kinda making my HG team,
and i'm wondering what kind of movesets i could use,
i'm thinking of as follows, thanks in advance :)
also need item help.
I won't post natures as they aren't important,
but i will put preferred abilities.

Team Building Process

Spoiler:

well, i start with my starter,
then i wanted to cover the fire weakness

so now, i thought i would go with a water type
and complete the circle.

okay, so now, i wanted pokemon who can cover
many weaknesses and give statuses.
plus a flyer

well, this is a standard Starmie,
works well in-game too.

Arcanine @ ???
Flash Fire
Agility
Crunch
Flare Blitz
Reversal

well, i wanted a fire absorber for my starter,
so arcanine seemed good.
Flare Blitz is paired with reversal when i have low health,
And crunch > extreme speed for coverage.
I also don't know if i should put agility or Will-o-wisp,
but agility sounds more favourable.

Overgrow
Synthesis
Aromatherapy
Petal Dance/Energy Ball
Earthquake/Toxic

My starter, i was aiming for a healer / attacker.
Synthesis + Aromatherapy for healing,
Petal Dance for STAB, the reason i have lum berry
for an item choice or Energy Ball.
Last slot is a filler, Earthquake for fires,
but thinking toxic is a better choice.

well, i wanted to try a combo,
so hypno eater seemed like a pretty good one,
Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb for STAB
and while opponents asleep.

Extrasensory
Return/Metronome
Wish

Well, this is kinda like a togekiss,
but i dont have access to a shiny stone,
so. Thunder Wave to paralyze and
Extrasensory for the flinch chance,
and i don't know whether i should choose
return for stab or metronome for the lols.
Wish for recovery, also for other team mates.

Honestly that seems pretty good. Maybe EQ on Dragonite over Fire Punch, Toxic on Meganium, and Energy ball over Petal Dance.

Leech Seed > something on Meganium, it's so much better than a lot of stuff.

Make Togetic a Togekiss (you can get a Shiny Stone from the PokeAthlon on Wednesdays or something after beating the E4) and get Air Slash for the flinch (it's got a normal rate, rather than Extrasensory's pathetic 20% with Serene Grace). You'll need a Heart Scale. Get Aura Sphere as well, actually. That'll be useful.

Hypno Eater is a pretty horrible combo, actually. I'd advise getting rid of it and getting Focus Blast instead, with maybe Energy Ball as well. Hypnosis' accuracy in HGSS isn't reliable enough. Sludge Bomb is also lol, but I can't think of anything to replace it with.

The rest of your team is decent, I guess.

Also, for item, get Life Orbs for all your sweepers; as many as you can. Any others can get Expert Belts or other all-round damage-boosters (no plates/random stuff like that plx)
