Hi there Adelbert and welcome to PC. You've come to the right place if hacking's your interest, we have a toooon of resources to use for aspiring hackers as well as hacks to play for those who prefer to sit back and enjoy some games. Have you tried any out yet? I got into playing hacks in.. 2006 or so, I'd say, and back then my favorites were Shiny Gold, Brown, and Prism. Nowadays I adore Liquid Crystal, Flora Sky, and some others, though they're all wonderful. :) People put so much effort into making these games the best they can be.
Have fun playing through them! You can find plenty of near-finished or finished hacks to play in the Hacks Showcase subforum of our Emulation board. Check it out and have a great time. Don't forget to let our staff members know if you need some help, all right? We're happy and don't bite so there is never a reason to be shy.

And hello from me too! Welcome to the community Adelbert! So, you're Malaysian? One of The Welcome Lounge's own resident mods, Autumn Reverie, happens to be Malaysian herself so you should go chat with her sometime.
But onto the main topic, nice to hear you joined if you were looking for ROM hacks, PC is well-known for its hacking community and Sheep has shown you the Emulation & ROM Hacking section where you can find everything you need to make a ROM hack, as well as find hacks to play. I'm not that much of a hacking specialist myself but I'm sure you'll love it nonetheless.
I do hope you have fun enjoying PC's wide selection of ROM hacks, and hopefully explore the rest of the community when you can. Oh, that's really cool! How's Malaysia? Hope you're enjoying it. I personally have never visited that place, but one of my relatives did, and according to her, it's quite a beautiful place. Not sure if I'll ever get the chance to go there, but I hope I do. Though, I did visit Bangladesh last year with my parents, which is pretty close, isn't it? We've stayed there for about two days or so; loved it. People there were very welcoming, and atmosphere was nice as well. :]

There's a lot of hacks over there, so something should definitely interst you. One my favorite would be Pokémon Light Platinum; the graphics are just simply astonishing. I'm quite a big fan of Ruby Destiny series as well, and also Liquid Crystal. If you're working on your own hack and need guidance, you could always head over to either Research & Development or Tutorials. Once you finally start working, you could post your hack in Progessing Hacks. Make sure to read all rules before you do and whatnot!

I feel the warmth of your welcome. I'm sure I will having a lot of fun at this community.
I am quite interesting to creating a ROM after I played Pokemon: Dark Rising. It motivated me to create a ROM and share to others.
Malaysia is really a great place with wonder atmosphere. A lot of visitors came here to find a lot of foods from different cultures.
If got chance, I would like to show you around in Malaysia.

Anyways! Good luck on all of your future hacking! As said, most of the hacking tutorials you can see is over on the, well, tutorials section of the board! Which by the way, I'm really glad to hear that you've played Pokemon Dark Rising too! I really like the plot - it's pretty different from the general pokemon plots that I'm always used to! The difficulty is pretty up there, but, the challenge is pretty ravishing! Ah, so, I'll more than support you on all of your ROM hacking, and once again, good luck, bud! The workload sounds tough, but, you'll pull through. C:
