Hello, I?m new!

Hi all! I just registered here, my pal told me theres a nice pokemon forum here so guess what I did? I?m here now, and just started playing the Fire red! I took Squirtle as a starter, cus i love It?s evolving.... you know Wartortle and Blastoise... (Sorry mods, I posted here, Didnt know a place to post this...)
