I've played the pokemon video games since the original Red/Blue, but have never really gotten into the networking aspect of the game due to being too shy to seek others out, as well as difficulties in getting wireless connection (once I got my DS).

However, due to the many interesting features requiring communication in BW and BW2, I have figured out my wireless problems, and intend to try and make the most of them!

• Can multiplayer Entree Funfest missions only be done with local players?
• What's with all the Magnemite trading?

Hey there, Red! Welcome to the forum, it's great to meet you. :3 I'm Cirno!

I can definitely relate to being a little shy for the wireless communications as I was that way too for a while, haha (and still am somewhat). But it makes Pokemon interesting to play even after you've beaten the main story, since you're given an incentive to EV train and such. Do you plan on doing any competitive battling, or will you be a trader? Or both? I'm sure you could settle in well into our battling and trading sections here if you're interested in any of those, as they're pretty popular around here. ^^

Unfortunately I can only help out with your first question as I'm not too well-versed in the Funfest, but I do know the answer do the second one! Magnemite trading's popular since trading them around helps you get more visitors for Join Avenue. You're free to ask any quick questions about Black 2/White 2 over at the B/W2 Quick Questions thread, they'd be able to help you out further there. n n

Hey Red :3! Interesting username you got there, but it's pretty neat in my opinion :D. So you're a fan that's stuck with the series since the very beginning :3? I started playing Pokemon with Emerald and since then have played D/P/Pt,HG/SS,B/W and recently B/W2. But I'd love to give the old games a shot and see how Pokemon was in those days n_n. They look awesome even if they're from old consoles.

I've always had Nintendo-Wifi problems so usually wait, never really got to socialising with others on my game. Although the main reason was I was rather afraid of meeting others, now I wish I had that nintendo wi-fi D:. It's a pretty neat feature but my router won't cooperate with it.Oh well :p.

If you do want to browse and chat about B/W2 we have a section named exactly that except named 'Black and White 2.'. There you can ask quick questions,discuss and meet other B/W2 fans like you.So where are you up to if I can ask :3? Who have you chosen as your starter? Are you enjoying the game so far? I certainly am ^^.

Hi Red, and welcome!

We always love having new members on board, and you are no exception. Any parts of the forum you have a particular interest in? Like Rainbow, I have also started playing with 3rd Generation, and my fave games are Black and White. Still have yet to get Black 2 & White 2 though but I'll share my experience with you and all of PC when I do.

And yeah, I also can't trade or battle due to wi-fi problems so I often found myself playing on my own. I like wi-fi but my router just won't work with it. But that didn't stop me from playing. How's B2/W2 going for you? Which starter did you pick? (If it's Oshawott, I'd flip cos he's my fave. That's why I have blue splattered all over my profile)

I'm interested in getting trades and competitive battling. I think I'll be over in the BW section looking for tips on how to train :)

And yes, I did choose Oshawott as my starter. Blue FTW!
