    Hey people of Poke community. I am getting the urge to make a hacked version of a Rom but i don't know how to get started. I will accept any information that people give and I will be very grateful.

    You should go to the 'Emulation' Section. This is for discussing RBYGSC Games, not for making them.

    I'm sure people in the emulation section would be glad to help you out, though!
