4th Gen Help with my Team

So I need help choosing my last Pokemon for my team in Pokemon platinum. Well currently I have

1)Torterra-Grass/Ground
2)Floatzel-Water
3)Houndour-Dark/Fire
4)Luxray-Electric
5)Gabite-Ground/Dragon

And I am happy with my team so far. So now I need help, I caught a Bronzor
(Physic/Steel) and I Hatched the Togepi(Normal/Flying) and I want to know which to add to my team. I mean which will be better for not only the rest of the gyms, also for the Elite Four, and also as just a great piece for my team.
And I was planning on adding either one of these to my team Bronzor or Togepi, but if there is better, please suggest.

P.S: Please don't suggest any legendaries, I already decided im probably not gonna use any of them like that.

I suggest you raise that togipi into a togekiss. you seem to be lacking a flying type so togekiss can help you with that. and its base stat total is 545. with pretty well rounded stats. excluding Attack. So you should make it learn a few Special movies rather than physical. Its Hp is a Base of 374 which means he can take alot of hits :) Or if you want I have a level 74 swellow up for trades if you want it. :)

Both are excellent Pokemon, both capable of causing the Elite Four some damage. They're pretty balanced in this aspect but if we were to break it downa little you'll see that Togekiss may be the better option.

Aaron, specialises in Bug types, and Togekiss being a flying and normal type will do super effective damage to most of his team. Second up, is Bertha, who specialises in Ground types; Bronzgon is probably your best best here, but don't consider Togekiss out yet! Next follows Flint, the fire type Elite Four, who'll singe Bronzong easily, while Togekiss might not last long, but will last longer than Bronzong if you play your moves right. Finally we reach Lucian, and Bronzong is rendered nearly useless while Togekiss can inflict some damage here to. Ultimately, Cynthis is up and as we know her team doesn't follow any type specialisation. Bronzong is most effective here, but Togekiss with the right moveset may also be able to help you pull a victory!

Really both Pokemon have good potential, but imo, Togekiss proves just that little bit better.
