Ok first put oras in your 3DS

Two go to pokebank

Three click use pokebank

Four put the wanted pokemon in bank one

Five save them and put sun or moon

Six repeat step three

Seven put them in a empty box in your PC

Eight enjoy

PS: what shinies do you have are they legit and legal for battle
