Just hatched my Gastly, took him into the wild and had a rather difficult fight with a Pidgey since ghost moves don't affect it ;o
Got 36 exp and level'd up to level 2, I can see I'm going to enjoy this!
Defeated youngster joey and caught his number.
Defeated youngerster mikey, now i'm level 6 (H)

• Went To Pick Up Da Egg, Then OHAI Kimono Girl!
• Picked Up Repels for Union Cave
• Did some Ruins Of Alph stuff. Got Unown Report
• I Then went down and battled more trainers.
• Healed at Pokecenter and now its time for :

THE UNION CAVE

• Battled Trainer
• After Trainer
• After Trainer
• And A Few Items Along The Way Too!
• Then I made it out and into Azalea Town!

AZALEA TOWN!

• OMG TEAM ROCKET! DIDNT I DISBAND YOU AS ANOTHER PERSON IN ANOTHER LIFE AT ANOTHER TIME!?!??!?! NO!? Damn you then..
• Healed And Went To Kurts House, TO THE SLOWPOKE WELL!

SLOWPOKE WELL!

• Kurt fell and hurt his back..., you know, WE HAVE LADDERS KURT!
• Beat Grunts Then :

His ''Weakmon'' Make Me Laugh

Managed to get Tekken poisoned though.

• Kurts back magically heals just After I beat Proton... Suspicious..

So 10 hour game time and my Gengar is level 42 with Shadow Ball, Hypnosis, Dream Eater & Thunder.
Moveset is workin' out perfect so far, before I had Thunder I was having problems with HootHoots and Noctowls w/Insomnia :(
Just finished the lighthouse and now I'm trying to find a slave to learn surf xD

JOURNEY UPDATE

[QUICK UPDATE]

After leaving the gym I get a call from prof. Elm and I go to the PokéMart to take back the Togepi egg from his aide.

Back outside of the PokéMart we meet a Kimono girl! I love their dance <3

I catch a Bellsprout for HM purposes and continue defeating all the trainers on Route 32.

Healed up and ready to get through the Union Cave, Fury! didn't have any trouble at all :]

We arrive at Azalea town and we go meet the famous ball maker - Kurt. He needs our help at the Slowpoke well so we follow him to there.

Yeah ... he really needs some help since he hurt his back >_<
We clear out the Slowpoke well and we have a ...

TEAM ROCKET EXECUTIVE BATTLE

As awesome as he can be my Zangoose humiliates Proton xD
Pretty much nothing to say here...

After we clear out the TR members in the Slowpoke well, Kurt comes and checks out the poor Slowpoke without tails :[

We go back to Kurt's house and he gives us a Fast ball and his phone number.

Before taking on the Gym I decide to battle my rival ...

RIVAL BATTLE

Because I'm smart (and very lucky also ...) I have to battle that pesky Gastly with some troubles. I was lv21 when battling it so I needed just 1 level to learn Pursuit ... but I didn't have that 1 level so I had to pump up my attack stat to max with Swords Dance and then kill off that Gastly with Fury Cutter ... and as you might guess I was cursed xD

Everything after that was no trouble since my Attack stat was at it's max and Fury! cleared the Quilava and Zubat with just 1 Quick attack each :]

And after that we take on the Gym challenge ...

GYM BATTLE

This gym leader was no trouble. The Scyther took 1 Slash (it was a critical but I think even if it wasn't Scyther would've fainted) and the Metapod and Cacuna were only 1 Quick Attack away from fainting xD

Right after we beat Bugsy, Me and Fury! head for Ilex Forest.

There we help out that guy who lost his Farfetch'd and for a reward we get HM01 - Cut from his boss :]

Continuing ahead we meet up with another Kimono girl and my kind Zangoose shows her the way out of Ilex Forest

Soon after on Route 34 we meet Lyra and she kindly presents us to her grandparents who are ... you know - The Daycare Couple xD

After some more walking and battling we arrive at Goldenrod City where I head straight for the Radio Tower to take the radio thingy for my pokegear.

After that I go to the gym where for some strange reason my Togepi Egg hatches xD

And now after defeating the trainers in the Goldenrod Gym it's time for a ...

GYM BATTLE

My technique here was to pump up my Attack Stats with Swords Dance while battling with the Clefairy and after that to take out the uber Miltank. Well that's what happened ... actually I got sleep from the Clefairy but it wasnt' any major deal :]

Now before I end this update I decided to clear out the Goldenrod Tunnel ... and that's pretty much it for Goldenrod City :]

Just takin' back the radio tower now, Gengar is level 54 w/ Thunder, Shadow Ball, Hypnosis & Dream Eater.
Not really any problems thus far, might change Shadow Ball for Dark Pulse? Maybe get rid of Dream Eater too for Ice Punch?
Not made up my mind but for now my moveset is fine!

My Solo Run is when you use ONE pokemon to complete HG/SS and beat Red.
