3rd Gen How can i make my own pokemon hack???

I am new in this forum and by the way i speak german^^ i understand english but i can´´t speak fluently and so on.

i hope i am wiritng in the right forum so the mods wonßt ban me X____x

so according to my question. How can i make these po9kemon hacks like ruby destiny or shiny gold????

wrong section, its probably belongs in the welcome/intro's. and if you go down the list of forums here youll see an emulation section and inside that theres a ROM Hacking section, thats how you can find out how to make hacks =)
