I used to do box/type, but now (near the end of my first SS playthrough - now on my second) . . . everything I catch goes straight to box 1, then Box 2 when it becomes full, and so on. I renamed Box 18 'Platinum', which are pokes going to Platinum, obviously. 17 becomes the HM slave box, and I think that's it. I never caught many Pokemon.
