How do you solve problems?

Well, First I try to settle the situation by asking questions and trying to solve the problem, the next stage (If that doesn't work) I usually get into an arguement and it goes crazy. But, I try to keep things calm so that the problem can be solved without no problem.

I try not to lose it, but if things go funky dory, I have to. I hate getting mad though, usually results in bad things coming back at me. So being calm and collected is good.
