    How would i convert my ROM file to a FLASH file or SHOCKWAVE file?

    Simple question, perhaps, though you probably won't find anyone who knows here. Try the area set up for rom-based hacks: Emulation

    This section isn't for ROM hacking. Not to mention it's probably impossible anyway.

    Simple answer.
