    O.K,

Watch these two videos beofre reading the bottom.

    O.K

So I am PokemonPlaylist. And none of that is true.

I was never good at making fake scans (Heck, why would I?).

I'm not even good at spriting.

But anyways, here's my question for you.

Should people like GCMP11 be allowed to talk about you in their videos without your consent?

I don't think so. He should be baneed for doing this twice!

Let's see if he does it a third time.

Youtube is a United States based company, and that would be covered under the 1st Amendment of the United States constitution.

You could ask Youtube to remove the video's, but I doubt they world. You would probably have to prove him wrong...if you can.

I'd have to agree here. If you can prove it's falsely defamatory or can give a good enough reason for it to be removed, then by all means, do so, but don't stress too much.

Heck, if it's something big, just take the credit :D I'm not watching to vids now, it's late and I've already chipped away at my DL limit today. Sorry.

Mewthree, you sir, have said a mouthful o_o

Anyways, I really doubt he could be banned. You could try to get him banned, but I do not think it would work.

I don't think Youtube would ban someone just for that. They only ban people for uploading "wrong" videos, such as pornography and other things like that.
Though, if you want to hack into his account and upload something like that, it's up to you.

I think they should be able to talk about anyone w/o consent. You should be able to say w/e you want about w/o you want.
If your the target of such things, then you either ignore and move on, or prove them wrong, just like everyone else has already said.

    *reiterates above post*

Basically, that's it. Yes, they can talk about you. They aren't even using your real name, so no harm, no foul. As for what it is they are saying about you, either prove them wrong, or ignore it. After all, you can't really successfully accuse people like that over the internet. There is no such thing as solid evidence. People who take it really personally need to put it more into perspective.

Basically what I can see from these videos is that he's accusing you of all this stuff because your on the friend's list of someone's Youtube account. That's just bullsh*t to me and yes he should be banned because one guy I know was banned for the same reason so I don't see why he shouldn't be. Besides he's such a bad liar, if he really didn't care he wouldn't have to go through all this trouble to tell people that which is obviously an attempt to get the haters to leave him alone which practically means he does care.

actually you could get someone banned, you could always get a whole bunch of people and continuously flagging the person's videos and they'll get banned but theres really no point because that person can always make another account

You're right. It is a first amendment issue. More specifically, it's libel, which is one of the exceptions to the free speech granted in the first amendment. IANAL, but I believe that if you can prove this is a lie and that it damages your reputation, you can pursue legal recourse. Of course, it might be more prudent to send a simple cease and desist notice first; that would probably scare him enough to get him to knock it off.

Edit: Now that I think of it, it would probably be better to just contact YouTube and demand takedown. Claim that the videos are libelous and harmful to your reputation; YT will more than likely take them down.

Wow, well you got a little problem there dont you? hmm...Judging on what everyone is saying, I dont think you can do much about it unless you may prove it wrong and even then i dont think you can convince youtube to take it off without alittle trouble in the process. I feel for you so im going to flag and report this guy, i dont like what he is doing and i dont think he should be talking about people like that in public.

    Hang in there!

(Poll: well to answer the poll i say no but i do believe they should have the right to.)

If it's any help to you, I was the one who made the first GCPM parody video. I didn't really mean to offend him too much; I just wanted to highlight the fact that a lot of the information he gives is false, and I didn't want to stoop so low as flaming his account or anything like that so I made my own account called giancarloparimanga11 and I posted a parody video. I thought that maybe it would spur him to stop posting nonsense.

However, after I posted the video, a bunch of other people started jumping on the bandwagon - posting their own parody videos and sending hate mail to his account. It really got way out of hand, and for some reason he seemed to think that you were responsible.

I'm sorry for getting you caught up in it, though I'm not quite sure how that happened.

    lmfao youtube drama x'D

Well If it were me, I'd try to throw salt on the wounds and make things worse for my own amusement
but, i wouldn't take my advice if i were you

    Just ignore it
    don't make any response videos
    don't reply to anyone's comments,
don't PM this guy, or comment his page or anything, just get on with your life, because unless you can prove him wrong, theres really nothing you can do but ignore the crap
you can try to get him banned for revenge or whatever, but he can always make a new account :/

I honestly think both sides of this flame war are ridiculous
