    It came from Mendel Palace (Quinty in japan), gamefreaks first game, there was a sumo dude that you had to fight, and his sprite is the same as the yellow fat guy in ruby/sapphire/emerald.

    What do you guys think? I know one thing, though, it is the exact same charecter.
