I can't find a tool to edit moves for Gold/Silver anywhere on the internet. I just need to change power/accuracy/PP/Type and effects, no need to change description or name. Can anyone help?
I'm using Yomama's GSC Attack Editor. Most download links seems to be broken though. I've never uploaded something before, but I tried and it seems to be working fine. Can't post links here, but maybe I can in a visitor message or PM?
