    PLEASE HELP I AM IN EXTREMELY DIRE NEED OF A POKEMON RUBY TITLE SCREEN PATCH WITH PALKIA ON THE FRONT FOR MY UPCOMING HACK POKEMON SPACIAL QUEST WHOEVER HELPS WILL RECIEVE THE FIRST BETA OF MY GAME FOR TESTING AND WILL BE MENTIONED IN THE CREDITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
