    Original Gangsters FTW?

Sorry for it being so long but it took me a week to come up with her and 2 days (stayed up most of the two nights :3) to type this lol. I apologize for errors with past tense, present tense.. it was written over two days so MY BAD D=.

Character Name: Riccarda Caprice Amontillado Nickname: Ricky
    Gender: Female
    Age: 16

    Appearance:
A tan, Italian looking girl with chin length dark chestnut hair. Although the bottom half of the hair were faded to white, the leftovers of an orange dye. A reminder of who she used to be. Light brown eyes that if excited, resembled a dimly glowing flame. At other times, they glowed with love and admiration of nature. Ricky has a silver bar piercing in her eyebrow. Her ears each have one silver stud, resembling a seed, and two hoops in the cartilage. Under her lips were silver stud snake bites. The canine tooth on the left side of her mouth was chipped, giving her the subtle look of a hillbilly. She hated this fact and tries her best to keep that tooth unseen. She also had a few ugly scars on her arms and back. Her left index finger is a bit crooked because of awkward healing when she broke it. Ricky also has a tribal tattoo on her right shoulder, it almost looks like fog.

The 16-year-old normally wore a loose fitting cami. Today it was a light navy cami with ruffles around the breast area. A tight black belt held up her pants and had three holsters for three pokeballs. Her baggy gray pants had various pokets in them, mainly used for holding berries and other small objects. Large brown hiking boots with a black bottom half and black laces were worn comfortably on her feet. A stained messenger bag was slung over her shoulder. It was fairly plain although the dirt stains and small sewn up tears covering the bag showed that the girl wasn't very careful with her possessions.

Just because this girl seemed to be fairy grungy didn't mean she had no use for jewelry. Three brown hemp bracelets were tied around her right wrist. Each bracelet with it's own stone in the middle. A red stone for confidence, energy and chasing dreams. Green for growth, change and the presence of nature. White for a fresh beginning, mental clarity and purification. On the right hand held two rings, two onyx stones set in solid silver bands for mourning and remembrance. A brown leather choker was woven around her neck, it seemed to complete her all-natural look. Colors were obviously significant to her in her jewelry as well as what it was made of.

    Personality:
Ricky is a hotheaded rebellious teenager, from the time she was able to speak she always felt the need to be in charge, although her lack of leadership skills made her appear more bossy and bratty.

She has the mental disorder ADHD which causes her to lose focus easily and rush into things without thinking. She is also well known for being a compulsive liar and often tells wild adventures or creepy stories that she swears are true, but are 100% fiction.

When she doesn't get her way she usually reacts with either yelling, violence or both. The only thing that seems to calm this dangerous "rebel" is the peace of nature, and companionship of pokemon.

History: *QUICK SUMMARY BELOW HISTORY SECTION* <-in case you dont feel like readin all this ;)
Ricky grew up in the polluted, poverty afflicted Gringey City. Her parents worked in the nearby factories for long hours and so that gave Ricky quite a lot of time to herself and to the neighborhood kids to do as they please. Forming small teenage/childhood gangs was common in this city and a favorite pastime of Ricky. This caused many fights in her life, and not all with the use of pokemon. She started multiple school fights and gang brawls, which can explain the chipped tooth, scars and her awkwardly healed finger.

She had joined a fairly popular gang, called The Burnt Seeds. This is referring to how they are all "bad seeds" or "damaged seeds". She had remained in the gang from when she was 11 to 13 years old. During this time period they became extremely violent and Ricky's parents became more and more worried about her. She was becoming cruel and power hungry and they feared the worst. They decided the best thing they could do for their daughter was to move her in with Ricky's aunt on the mothers side of the family.

Her aunt lived in Solaceon Town in the Sinnoh Region. Ricky's parents told her that she had to leave everything behind in Gringey City, although with much argument, they allowed her to keep Ricky's Gastly and Houndoom, which were the only memories of home in this new land. In Solaceon Town, she found her love of nature and traded in her "tough-guy" gang outfit for a more natural, calm look. She's been living with her aunt since she was a bit over 13. She writes to her parents occasionaly. Although she may appear different, and acts genuinely kind to her aunt and neighbors, she is still a violent, mean person and her personality is virtually the same as it was in the grungy city she grew up in.

*QUICK SUMMARY*: Ricky grew up in the polluted, poverty afflicted Gringey City in Kanto. She was in a few gangs, the most recent (and most dangerous) "The Burnt Seeds". Her parents were concerned with her being involved in gangs, thus moved her to her aunts in Solaceon Town in Sinnoh. She loves her aunt and the countryside, she is kind to her neighbors (most of them). Ricky traded in her tough-guy look for a more natural (hippie) feel but still remains the same mean person she used to be.

    RP Sample:
This is my first RP, but if you need me to type a sample I will. (oh gawd so much typing, please spare me D,= )

    Pokémon:

    Species Gastly
    Level 23
    Nickname Hoyt
Moveset [Lick] [Night Shade] [Confuse Ray] [Sucker Punch]
    Nature: Timid

    Description:
Gastly was met by Ricky in an old warehouse when she was about 12 years old. Everyone in her section of the city spoke rumors of the warehouse being haunted and Ricky was sent in on a dare to catch the ghost. They discovered the ghost was actually a Gastly, and not one to lose bets, Ricky caught him and named him Hoyt. Hoyt is another word for spirit, or ghost. He has been Ricky's "right hand man" since childhood.
Hoyt is extremely shy compared to his loud and in-charge trainer. He'll do virtually anything his trainer asks him to do as he is easily manipulated. Even though he may be terrified of nearly everything, he fights as hard as he can inn battles to impress his trainer and earn his keep.

    Species Ponyta
    Level 21
    Nickname: Tar
Moveset: [Flame Wheel] [Ember] [Stomp] [Strength]
    Nature: Gentle
    Description:
In Solaceon Town, Ricky's aunt raised Rapidash. Ricky seemed to love spending time with the Rapidash so much that she decided to give Ricky her very own Ponyta to raise. Tar is a very calm, motherly pokemon that is practically the opposite of Ricky. She seems to always be there to listen to her trainer and is proud to be a member of Ricky's team. Tar can't wait to be a Rapidash so that she can serve as a form of transportation and relaxation for Ricky, as Ricky loves riding.

    Species Houndoom
    Level: 25
    Nickname: Vinnie
    Moveset [Ember] [Smog] [Roar] [Bite]
    Nature: Naughty
    Description:
Ricky met Vinnie as an enemy in battle against Hoyt. The loser of this battle had to give up their only pokemon. After a tough battle, Ricky won. As promised, her opponent handed over her Houndour, named Vinnie. Over the years Vinnie and Ricky became extremely close friends and both are happy about that bet made long ago.

Extra: If you don't know what Gringey City is (since it's only in the anime) go on youtube and look up episode 30 or go onto wikipedia/bulbapedia I would post the link but I can't since I'm pretty new to this site.

ADHD is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. (look it up on wikipedia or read this for a general view on it)
I actually have ADHD in real life and decided it would fit in well with Ricky's personality. People with ADHD are usually careless, constantly hyper (energy drink hyper all the time pretty much), dont normally think things out before doing them, and it is nearly impossible for them to focus. People with this disorder are also more susceptible to other mental disorders (Depression, anxiety disorder, OCD, etc.), people with this disorder also act more childish. So in Ricky's case she might act a bit younger than her age at times. Although on the flip side, people with ADHD appear to be more creative and empathetic. This is pretty much why I gave her this disorder, it fit her perfectly :D.

A sharp crash came from the small house on the outskirts of Cerulean City, followed by sounds of snapping teeth. "Miss, your-" The old woman was cut off as she was forced to flee to the corner of her home while Sayomi's two Pokemon wrestled on the floor. The old woman let out a small chuckle as Sayomi chased after the two, and carefully walked to the front door in order to open it. Her wrinkled hand had just managed to turn the doorknob when she was forced to move out of the way as the two Pokemon crashed into the door, opening it rather violently. The two Pokemon split apart for a moment before attacking eachother once more. The sounds of growling and teeth snapping together filled the air along with Sayomi's stressed yells. Said girl stopped next to the old woman, handing her a small wad of cash. "I'm really sorry about this. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house!" Sayomi said, bowing again and again, although she kept one eye on her Pokemon who had finally come apart once more and had began circling eachother.

The old woman chuckled again, placing her hand on Sayomi's shoulder comfortingly. "It's no problem at all. You just stop Team Rocket, alright?" The woman bowed farewell, before moving back into her house and shutting the door softly. Sayomi smiled at the old woman's house for a moment, before turning and running towards her fighting Pokemon.

"Omno, Rei!" She called, but to no avail. The Ninetales and Absol continued to fight, ignoring their trainer. A vein popping in her forehead, Sayomi grabbed a whistle from her bag of supplies. On the side a few words were etched in the metal that read, 'PokeWhistle: Stop Pokemon in their tracks with a simple blow of this whistle!' Blowing into it, a unnaturally high pitched whistling sound came from the small whistle, and was followed by silence. Looking at her Pokemon, Sayomi nodded in satisfaction as she noticed that their fighting had stopped. Placing the whistle around her neck just in case, she approached them with a resigned sigh.

Omno, her Ninetales, was on the ground while Rei, her Absol, stood above him. They had stopped at a rather precarious position, as Rei's sickle-like blade was against Omno's neck, while Omno had wrapped two of his tails tightly around Rei's neck. Sayomi sent the two a menacing glare, and the two immediately split apart. Rei, the more calm one, quickly trotted over to Sayomi and sat in front of her, waiting for punishment though he knew she would do no more then scold him. Omno, however, ran up to her and began licking her hand, his many tails wagging like a Poochyena. After she sent him another glare, however, he took the seat beside Rei. "Now why are you two acting like this? We still have a ways to go before we reach Vermillion City, but I want you two to be in the best physical ability you can be in when we get there. Not half dead because of in-fighting." She said, her glare softening.

The two let their ears fall out of shame, and she pet them affectionately. "Now come on, we have to get going.'' She said, waving for them to stand up. The two obeyed immediately, Omno standing on her left while Rei took her left as they began walking South towards Vermillion City.

"Syria, return!" Amya said, and in an instant the Pokemon was back in it's Pokeball. The Hoothoot they had just battled was in a daze, on the ground. For a moment Amya felt sympathetic towards the Pokemon, but then a Flyer caught her eye. She'd seen others, but hadn't paid attention before. Now the words seemed to jump out at her, even in the dark.
'Should we go?' Amya thought to herself. "I'm sure they could use help... Syria, Irra, come on out." she said, pulling the Pokeballs off of her belt, and releasing them into the open. Curiously they looked around, expecting to be in a PokeCenter, or her small house by the beach.
"Hey guys," Amya said softly, "you know Team Rocket?" and with that name a low growl escaped from their throats. Pokemon were very receptive to the changes Team Rocket brought; the Pokemon had not forgotten the time when the Rockets had taken over the radio tower and caused the Magicarp to evolve. Syria and Irra were listening intently, wondering why should would bring them up. They hadn't caused trouble for a long time.
"Well," Amya said, trying to find the words to say, without upsetting her Pokemon. "they're up to no good again. If you guys want - please don't feel like I'm making you - we could go to Kanto and check out what all this fuss is about." Not surprising Amya in the least, her Pokemon were eager, too eager for their own good, to get going. They started running towards, well they didn't know where, really, just wherever their feet paws would take them. Amya sighed and with two clicks they were back inside their Pokeballs. "You could at least wait for me to pack," she teased in the silence.
Amya hurried toward her home, the excitement was starting to catch up with her. She found a bag that didn't seem heavy enough to hinder her, but still big enough to carry everything she needed. A few minutes passed and she was set to go. Halfway through the door frame she wondered if she'd packed sufficiently, and went back to stuff a plaid, blue bathing suit and a white winter jacket into her bag. She smiled at the differences in her clothing choices, not sure where her journey would take her, and feeling more anxious than before. The sky was still dark, so there was no doubt in her mind they'd make it to Vermillion by morning. Taking a ponytail holder off her wrist she casually tied it up in a messy bun and set off for Goldenrod, to take the train. Boat rides made her feel sick, so the Magnet Train was the quickest way to Kanto. Amya wasn't even sure if the boat was running, probably not ever this late, anyway.
It was almost four in the morning when she made it to Goldenrod, and the train was just about to depart. Frantically sprinting, she made it to the train just in time. As she sat down on the seat, her sleepless night took over.
It was a little less than two hours later when train arrived in Saffron. Amya was still groggy, but she decided she'd get more rest when she got to Vermillion. Route six seemed to drag on forever, a product of her sleepiness, no doubt, but then, Vermillion was in sight. She could see the flat town, with the sun hanging over the horizon, and the crystal clear water sparking as the rays hit the ocean's surface. Amya quickened her pace, knowing her destination was just in grasp. Finally, just after a half hour she made it inside the Vermillion PokeCenter. The almost sleepless night seemed to really kick in. Slowly, Amya fumbled around in the room Nurse Joy had shown her to. Feeling much too tired to change, she just kicked off her shoes and fell into the large mattress. Amya was asleep before she could even give her Pokemon to the over-helpful nurse. And then she dreamed.

Zephyr the West Wind: Good Job. You did a good job with keeping the personalities of Omno, Rei, and Sayomi.
By the way guys I want to inform you all that I want this to go pretty quick so the characters can all go to the past.

"Alright! Guardian finish it off with a Double Kick!" Mina shouted with an eager grin. She was battling against a hiker named Joel and his Geodude. Her Combusken nodded to her and then charged toward the injured Geodude and jumped up into the air with a cry, aiming two well-placed kicks on the rock pokemon. The Geodude cried out and then staggered for a moment before fainting. Mina cheered and ran forward, "Great job Guardian!" Guardian turned to her and smiled calmly. Mina wrapped her arms around him and then looked up as dusty, worn jeans appeared in front of her. Standing she looked at the outstretched hand for a moment then smiled shaking Joel's hand.

"That was a good match, your Combusken is very talented."

Mina looked down at Guardian, who was kneeling down and rubbing his legs where he had been tackled while trying to dodge, proudly then back to Joel. "Thank you."

Waving to the hiker as he left he headed back to Cerulean City Mina took out a potion and sprayed it onto Guardian. Renergized, Guardian stood up and stretched before nodding happily to her.

"Okay." Mina switched on her radio/CD player and adjusted the headphones around her neck, "Let's head out."

Mina passed by a flier that had been the reason for her journey to Vermilion City and paused for a moment. Walking over to the tree it had been posted on, she tore it off and read it again with a solemn face. It was horrible. Pokemon were friends, not tools and groups like Team Rocket were going to destroy so much with the way they were going. Placing the flier in her right hip bag she drew out two Pokeballs and said, "Come on out, Fang, Velvet!"

Her two Pokemon, a Mightyena and a Kirlia, appeared with a flash of red. Kirlia glided across the ground to her and Mina picked up Velvet and carried her in her arms as Mightyena trotted on her left and Combusken walked on her right, looking around. "Okay you guys, and lady," Mina said with a teasing grin at Velvet who only chimed, "Kirl~!". Giggling softly she continued, "We are just about in Vermilion. Are you sure you all want to do this?"

Fang howled, sending Pidgeys fying into the air, and Guardian jumped doing a round-house kick and encouraging cry of, "Combusken!"

"Alright, alright already." She laughed and was careful to watch for any wild Pokemon as she entered Route 6. "Better not draw any attention. Return Fang, Velvet, Guardian." The three Pokemon disappeared and Mina pocketed the Pokeballs then continued on through Route 6 and to her destination the wind carrying her soft classical music from her headphones.

(Uh, is this post okay? Did I do it right?)

A ghost was walking through the crimson evening. Well, it wasn't technically a ghost, but could be mistaken for one. White skin, white hair... the only thing sticking out was his red eyes. Blaise was albino, so he didn't choose to look that way. He walked with his back bent due to his cartilage-disorder.

By his side, a distressed Hoothoot was flying in height with his waist. It was 'hooting' crazily, and seemed to have some kind of problem. The Wooper was sleeping at Blaise's shoulder, snoring exceptionally loud in contrast to the little body.

"Craniel, relax! I know you could have flown me there, but we've never been there!" Blaise said. Craniel hooted in anger, denying the facts. "Stop it, Craniel! There's no shame in hiring a professional. We don't even know what the region looks like, Much less Vermilion city" Blaise continued. Though having a deep argument, Blaise was keeping his cool. He wasn't much of a debater when it came to strangers, but he knew his pokemon. Craniel hooted hysterically. "Craniel, you know you're only going to get lost! Now stop this, or you're going right into your pokeball!" Blaise decided consequently. Craniel stopped arguing and clearly knew his place. Blaise was about to go to the flight-agency, for a lift to Vermillion City. He had found some sort of assignement there, and was as always ready to contribute to the world.

Entering a building looking more like a nest than anything, Inkelle the Wooper woke up. There were lots of avian pokemon sitting on poles inside the building. Craniel was in heaven. Inkelle was of course fast to interrupt Craniel's dream. She started dancing around, wobbling her tail. As usual, all eyes were on her. Craniel frowned angrily.

"Hello, I was wondering if you could get me to Vermillion?" Blaise asked. "A tall man with blond, slick hair and sunglasses stood behind the counter. "Fo' suuuure, dude. You'll need a dry-land, long distance flyer. What's the velocity ya want. Or, should I say, the price you'll pay..." the man said. "Fastest you've got" Blaise said, confident in that he had enough money. "That'll be a good 1200p. You got it?" he answered. Blaise counted up the money and lay it on the counter. "Follow me, my man! Wha' you need is our house Swellow!" the man said, and walked Bleach up to a majestic, female Swellow. Craniel was in love. So you can think that the flight over was the worst...

    -.- 2 hours later -.-

The trip over had been fine, since Inkelle fell asleep and Craniel sat and groomed the head of the Swellow the whole way, much to her annoyance. The two pokemon were both called back in their respectable balls. Blaise was walking around Vermillion, trying to look for a place to stay... Tomorrow was the day to meet in this very city, and Blaise was nervous, but still couldn't wait!

Blaise walked quietly down the road towards main Vermillion. Down Route 6, the dusk had cleared the road for trainers. The road was lonely, with only whistling grass, filled with wild pokemon. Craniel and Inkelle were securely secured in their respective pokeballs, since they would be bickering still. Blaise wouldn't take that this late in the evening, so he simply kept them in his pocket. The city was opening in front of him...

Blaise had been to Vermillion once before. He visited S. S. Anne, but became seasick. He watched a show arranged by Lt. Surge, but his hair got completely static. At that time Blaise had no interest in pokemon. At all. But times changed, and he now has two good friends... in his pockets. Blaise's vision shifted quickly to the new building. After years of building, it was finally finished. It was shiny, dark shade of blue. Blaise knew it was the building on the poster, and he went for it, to enter.

The elevator was full of mirrors, and Blaise could see his characteristic clearly. His back bent, and his skin white. He didn't look away. It was him, no one else. He exited the elevator, and walked into a meeting room. He sat in the front. It was actually to make things easier for others. You know, since he has a bent back, people could easily see over him...
